What if my payment is past due?
Contact us if you are not able to pay your rent in a timely manner, we will do our best to work with you. We understand that things can happen that can cause you not to be able to make your payment on time. If you ignore our attempts to contact you, we will assume that it is abandonment on your part, and we will proceed to do our due diligence that we are required by law to do in order to get our unit back. Please note, that per Wisconsin state law, we can legally take back and clean out the unit either by auction or dumpster if any unit goes past due 30 days or more. This is why it is important that you contact us, we do not want to throw away or auction off your personal items.
If we lock your unit due to non payment, and you make a payment, understand that we have the right to wait 48 hours minimum to unlock it.
